JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages to our casino and hotel guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
. Mixes, and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of bar.
. Consults with Banquet Manager/Banquet Captain/Catering Manager or Executive Chef, on such items
as serving arrangements and additional employees and equipment needed.
. Will perform Bartender and/or Server duties as necessary. Takes Drink orders from customers of Bar,
. Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. . Serves wine and draught or bottled beer. Collects money for drinks served.
. Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
. Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
. Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
. Report areas of concern to Banquet Manager.
. After function, clean room by removing all equipment, chairs, tables, etc., and putting in the proper
area. Abide by all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving beverages to
minors and intoxicated guest if needed to assist in functions. Requisitions all tables, table lien, china,
glassware and silverware. Orders preparation of salads and Coffee.
. Must be able to follow directions as given by upper Management. Set up for functions, tables, chairs,
linens, napkins and silverware. As directed, contact engineering for audio and video equipment. Be
attentive to the needs of the guest.
